Baseball... Talkin' Bout Baseball

It seems the "only" thing going on right now is baseball! I'm talking about a whole lot of baseball! The Boys are playing with LLD (Levelland Line Drive Baseball), a select team competing in the USSSA organization Two different teams, two different tornaments and two different cities this weekend!

Caleb just finished his season of Cal Ripken Baseball with the Cardinals...
And got the nod for the All-Star Team!

(Caleb safe at the plate!)

Seth is half way through his season abe Ruth Baseball...  And, without much convincing, should land a spot on the All-Star Team as well!  Seth's (potential) All-Star Team will be hosting the Babe Ruth World Series, right here in Levelland, Texas!  10 teams...  1 dream...

Baseball... And I'm Loving It!

Hot Summer Night

Sunday night, the boys decided that
we needed smores to end the weekend!

Not the best idea for a weekend
that was 108 degrees during the day...

but how do you tell them no,
when it comes to chocolate?

Happy Memorial Day!

Same view, different perspective...
Which side of the fence are you on?

After a moment of clouds, thunder, lightning and rain...

out came a double dip of God's reminder to us!

Bitter Sweet...

My baby walked the stage tonight

at the ceremonies for LHS senior graduation...

Backyard Buddy...

This fella hangs out in my backyard, he is so fast... and doesn't stay in one place for very long.  I had to lay out and wait just to see him in my lens for a split second.  I loved the challenge, because Seth's Babe Ruth team is named the Blue Jays!

Here's a "view from my lens" in Midland, Texas a couple of weeks ago!  I'm thinking NIKE needs to hook a brotha up!  And Oakley too...
